I finally bit the dust and jumped on the band wagon known as the 30 Day Shred.
Oh.my.goodness! Jillian Michaels really is the TOUGH! I've done P90X, but this is hard. Level 1 kicked my butt last night. Perhaps it's because I haven't worked out in over three weeks, but my muscles are definitely making themselves known today.
I love it!
